Answering Rules
Please read this section carefully to get the best out of Prolation!
Calls can be routed based on
- Products and Services you offer.
- Generically routed to agents you define.
Route by Product or Service:
In the Admin Control Panel, you can Create Categories
Then define the URL on your site that is associated with the category.
Example
You have www.yoursite.com/techsupport, then create a Category called Tech Support, associate www.yoursite.com/techsupport with this category, then add the phone numbers where you want the support calls to go. When anyone clicks the link from www.yoursite.com/techsupport, the calls will go to the defined numbers.
You can still define the working hours of your agents, after which the calls would be sent to voicemail.
Generic Routing:
If you wish calls from other pages to go to another number, then you can define that as well – IMTY, CAN YOU PLEASE STATE THE PROCESS?
