How long are my records of calls stored in my account?

When someone dials you from click to call button or if you dial out using Prolation's click to call outbound service, the transaction is stored in your online account indefinitely. Each transaction is date- and time-stamped. Complete records- meaning the actual voicemails sent to you- are accessible in your account for 15 days.

What kind of information is logged?

Call logs provide information on the type of transaction (e.g., callback, internet), activity (missed, etc.), URLs from where the calls had generated, duration of the calls, and the date and time.
