How does Click to Call works?

Once you sign up with Prolation for any of it's solution, In your administration section you will get a piece of code to place on Web sites, emails or internet ads. When a caller clicks your Call me button, a pop up box opens on his/her computer.

The caller enters his/her phone number, clicks the Call button and Prolation calls you or your Agnet. When the you or the agent answers the call, Prolation then dials your customer's number.

The incoming call will follow the answering and routing rules you have set up within Prolation system. You can answer the call, route it, or allow it to follow the pre-configured answering and routing rules you have set up or block the particular phone number or IP address.
