How Click to Call Works
After you have signed up, you will be provided a simple code to paste on your website; this will look like a small banner ad and will automatically embed the Call button on your website. Place the Call button anywhere you like, there is no fee charged for multiple buttons as long as they are on the website you named at sign up.
When a user wishes to Call, s/he simply clicks the Call Me button and they will get a pop up box where they have the option to (a) Speak from the web (needs headset and microphone), or, if they prefer, (b) to enter their phone number. If they enter their phone number, our system triggers a call to both user and you or your representatives. If you are not available or busy, the system can ask the user to leave a voicemail for you.
You can define the incoming call flow, which will follow the answering and routing rules you have set up within Prolation system.
