You can dial out to your customers with just one click. Just click out on the Caller ID of the person from your online account and new window will popup. Pop-up window have two options for making call; Internet call or Callback. If you choose to Call back option you can either put your own number for the call or select any of your Agents. One is the number or name of the person or business you’re trying to reach and the other is a phone number you have entered or the Agent. YOu can also choose option to make VOIP call where you can talk with the person from your PC using michrophone.
