- How Click to Call Out Works
Once you sign in to your account, In sections like Call back requests, Voicemails and reports, You can choose to call out to the callee who have placed call back request or had left voicemail for you.
You just need to click on the caller ID number. The prolation Click to Call out will automatically pick that number where call should be generated and you have option to either input your number to connect the call with your customer or you can assign any of your Agents to handle the call. Apart from the call back option you will also have to option to dial the internet based call using the VOIP option. Prolation's integrated webphone will connect to the number and you can talk with the customer using michrophone.
