This feature gives you a one click access for calling out from the portal for the callback requests, return calls for the clients whom you have received voicemail or call from call records if you need to get in touch with your esteemed client.
Once you signed on to your account, You can monitor call back requests, check voicemail and view the detailed call records at any particular stage if you need to call the user who have sent you call back request or voicemail, you will just need to click on the hyper linked number and you will have option to connect to the user. You can also assign your agents for the click to call out calls. Thus gives advantages to have specialized persons talking with your customers.
