Call to Talk
Click to Talk is similar to Click to Call, except that the caller uses her/his headset and microphone to speak.
When a user wishes to Call, s/he simply clicks the Call Me button and they will get will get connected with you or your representatives. If you are not available or busy, the system can ask the user to leave a voicemail for you.
You can define Answering Rules and define what number the phone to ring on.
