How does Email to Call works?

Once you have added Email to Call link in your signature...When a user wishes to Call you, s/he simply clicks your mail signature's call link and they will get a pop up box where they have the option to (a) Speak from the web (needs headset and microphone), or, if they prefer, (b) to enter their phone number. If they enter their phone number, our system triggers a call to both user and you. If you are not available or busy, the system can ask the user to leave a voicemail for you.
