CREATING YOUR SIGNATURE:
By this time all you need is your signature. If you don’t have one, you must create it now. With MS Outlook you don’t need to create your signature in a separate file. You can do this directly within the MS Outlook.
- Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the option’s window (File Tools Options)
- Once in the option’s window, click on "Format Email"
- Now click on "Signatures".
- Now click on "New" to create your new signature.
- Type a name to your new signature. Let’s say... "MySignature", for example. Then click con "Next".
- Within the text field area, type your signature.
Note that you can emphasize your name or company name using boldface. To do this select the part of the text that you want to emphasize and press ^b (press b while keep pressed the ctrl key).
- Now let’s add the link to your WebPhone. Note that the last line in your signature is exactly for that, but you still need to add the link. So, select the last line (figure 10) and then press ^k (press the k while keep pressed the ctrl key)
- When the "Hyperlink" window opens, Paste the code provided to you in your online account for email to call signature. Click OK to continue.
- Now click "Finish" to continue.
- Click "OK".
- Now your signature is ready to be included in your emails.
Note that you can also include an image instead of using plain text.
