Call Session Transfer
Call session transfer is very compelling feature in terms of its methodology. If user is already in the VOIP call with your company's agent and need to leave his/her place for some urgent reason...Instead of hanging up the ongoing call, User can step out from his seat just by transferring the ongoing call's session on his cell phone. He simply will need to check the checkbox infront of transfer session and input his number where he wants the call to be transferred...within seconds the same call session will be transferred to his/her cell phone.
